Earrings in a Day

Sunday August 12th 10am-4pm

Come make a finished pair of sterling silver earrings in a day!  Learn metalsmithing skills such as punching out disk, texturing, forming, soldering and polishing.  A great one day intensive workshop where students leave with a finished piece.

$75 + $25 material fee

 

Ring in a Day

with Cindy J Cook

Sunday October 14th 10am-4pm

Learn basic metalsmithing techniques as you fabricate your very own silver ring.  In one day you will pick one of two designs, cut, form, solder and finish a completed project that you can proudly wear home.

$75 + $35 material fee

Workshops take place in Cindy J Cook’s Art Metal Studio #307 located in The Shirt Factory, 71 Lawrence Street, Glens Falls NY 12801.

Lunch break during workshops is 30 minutes.  Bring a packed lunch or cash for ordering delivery.  A selection of menus will be available.

The maximum class size is limited so register fast to reserve your space!   Minimum class size is 2 students.  If less than 2 students sign up, the workshop will be cancelled. Notice and refund will be given one week prior to the workshop date.

All students will sign a waiver at the start of the workshop.  Students who are under 18 must have the waiver signed by a parental guardian.
